Janna Gibbs is Arrow’s new Programs Officer. It’s Janna who manages the hundreds of requests for patient support that we receive each year from bone marrow transplant centres across the country.

Janna previously worked in the travel industry for many years, which fortunately gave her numerous opportunities to travel and see the world. After meeting her husband, they ran a small electrical business for 10 plus years, while raising three boisterous boys who most certainly keep her on her toes. As a family they love to explore the great outdoors, camping, hiking, swimming and 4WDing. They love to travel, and we spend many weekends at our family farm down near the Snowy Mountains.

This is Janna’s first role working in the charity sector and she has so much passion when it comes to working with people and supporting them when they need it most.

“Seeing the impact that my position at Arrow is making to the lives of real people is very rewarding and keeps me motivated. Working at Arrow has not only given me the flexibility to be with my family but has also allowed me to work with an incredibly devoted team who are as passionate as I am when it comes to supporting wonderful people and playing a part in something meaningful. I am excited to see Arrow grow and expand its network and partnerships along with the ability to support more and more patients nationwide.”
