Introducing Our New Allogeneic Transplant Guide

We are delighted to announce the launch of our new Allogeneic Transplant Guide, a comprehensive resource designed to support patients, carers and families through every stage of the transplant journey.

Years in the making, this guide has been developed through a significant collaborative effort, bringing together the expertise of transplant healthcare professionals, patients and carers with lived experience, and key organisations dedicated to improving transplant outcomes and patient support.

The guide provides clear, practical and compassionate information about allogeneic stem cell transplantation, covering not only the medical aspects of treatment but also the emotional, social and practical challenges that patients and carers may encounter along the way. Our goal is to ensure patients feel informed, prepared and supported throughout their transplant experience.

The resource is now available digitally on our website and will soon also be available in print as part of the new patient care packs being rolled out at hospitals across Australia. These care packs have been developed to ensure patients have easy access to trusted information and support resources when they need them most.

Looking ahead, we are excited to continue expanding our patient education resources. Our next major project will be the development of an Autologous Transplant Guide, helping even more transplant patients access the information and support they need throughout their treatment experience.
