The meeting brought together clinicians, nurses, researchers, allied health professionals, laboratory teams and data managers—all committed to improving care and outcomes for transplant and CAR‑T patients. It was an inspiring few days of learning, connection and shared purpose.

Supporting Nurses and Data Managers to Attend

One of our highlights this year was supporting the attendance of:

• Four nurses, and
• Several transplant data managers,

through Arrow travel scholarships, enabling their attendance at the conference as well as specialty workshops.

These workshops, held in the lead‑up to the conference, provided valuable opportunities for collaboration and professional development across hospitals and transplant centres within their transplant specialty.

A Week of Learning, Stories and Shared Purpose

Arrow was grateful for the opportunity to present our work from the past year and highlight the direct impact of our programs on patients, carers and healthcare professionals.

Throughout the ASM, we heard powerful patient stories—particularly from transplant and CAR‑T recipients—who generously shared their experiences, the challenges they have overcome, and their deep gratitude to the healthcare teams who supported them.

It was a privilege to spend time with a community of healthcare professionals so strongly committed to improving outcomes for transplant and CAR-T patients.

Kicking Off Paint the Town Red in Style

A standout moment of the week was the Paint the Town Red social event—an evening of dancing, plate smashing, games and plenty of laughter, all held in support of Arrow.

ANZTCT are the first group to officially kick off our 2025 Paint the Town Red fundraising campaign, setting the tone for an exciting month ahead.

The night was a sell‑out success thanks to the generosity and enthusiasm of everyone who attended, raising over $4,000 that will directly support patients undergoing bone marrow and stem cell transplant.

Looking Ahead

It was an honour to partner with ANZTCT for this year’s meeting, and we extend our heartfelt thanks to the organising committee and the entire community for their warm welcome, engagement and support.

We are already looking forward to the 2026 ASM—and to many more collaborations that help strengthen education, connection and support across the transplant and cellular therapy field.
