Putting food on your table helps us put food on theirs

Thanks to RITCHIES IGA, the simple act of putting food on your own table can help us put food on the table of families going through bone marrow transplants.
Bone marrow transplants are grueling, and often require many months in hospital, plus many months after that in recovery. Bone marrow transplant recipients (or their carer if the patient is a child) are usually unable to work at all during this period, and at the same time they often face increased financial burden due to the costs associated with treatment.
On top of that, many families need to relocate to be near a treating hospital, or end up running two households (one ‘at home’ and one near the hospital) with long commutes between the two.
All this adds up to increased living costs right at a time when their capacity to earn is greatly reduced.
But Ritchies IGA has offered to help!
Simply by doing your own grocery shopping at a Ritchies IGA, you can help us provide groceries to the families we support. Download the RITCHIES IGA app and nominate Arrow Bone Marrow Transplant Foundation as your preferred charity, and that’s it! Every time you shop at a Ritchies IGA store and scan your app or card, Ritchies will contribute a percentage of the total to us through the Ritchies IGA Community Benefit Program.
AND you will receive $10 off your first shop when you sign up with the app.
You can find the app for both iOS and Android devices with these QR codes:
